THOUGHTFUL COLOR RESTORATION
Each and every illustration presented in The Object Atlas began as a dull, faded book page. Starting with the highest resolution scan we can find, we import the image onto the iPad, where we isolate the illustration from its background with pixel-perfect accuracy, drawing each edge refinement by hand. We then use Photoshop to restore the color, contrast, and texture, as well as remove signs of age. The end result is a vibrant, high-resolution, layerable graphic, restored to its original splendor.

Each and every transparent .PNG graphic we offer was meticulously isolated onto a transparent background by hand, giving it pixel-perfect edge quality with no white ghosting.
