How do I download my files?
After purchasing a product, you will be sent a download link to the email address you entered during checkout. After clicking the link, you will have 24 hours to download the item before the link expires.
The download will be a PDF file with a link and password for downloading your purchase. The link in the PDF will take you to The Object Atlas’s downloads portal. When you enter the password, your download will start automatically. Please save the PDF in case you need to download the product again in the future, but do not share the download link or password. (That would violate our Terms of Use!)

My download link expired. Can I have a new one?
Yes! Please contact us and send your order number and email address. We will issue you a new download link.
What are your licensing terms? Can I use your graphics commercially?

Can I get a refund?
Since digital products cannot be returned once they are downloaded, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is a technical issue with your download, please contact us through this website within 14 days and we will supply you with a fresh set of files.
